 Cancellation Policy:

Your appointments are very important to us, and are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes scheduled adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully ask for at least 24 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellations.

All appointments are confirmed via e-mail or text reminder from the salon, as we know how easy it is to forget an appointment that you booked months ago. Please understand that when you cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and the clients on our waitlist miss the opportunity to receive services.

There will be a 50% fee for any late cancellation and 100% for missed appointments. We require 24hrs notice for cancellations or rescheduling. (This fee will be required to be paid before your next appointment is (re)booked)
