Holiday makeup doesn’t always have to mean bright red lips and glittery eyes. Stylists are taking tips from the past to recreate retro hair and makeup looks that mesh with today’s sleek fashion. Makeup artists are drawing inspiration from hairstyles and clothing in order to create whimsical looks that take you out of the norm.
The Eyes Have It
The eyes are consistently a focal point in autumn and winter makeup. Exaggerated winged eyeliner continues to be an everyday and also runway ready staple look. Perfectly the crispy cat eye [Office1] takes time and patience but using a skinny angled brush allows for increased range of motion and control over the sharpness of the wings. By using an angled brush you can get in close to the lash line and also control the overall thickness of the product.
